As we know branding can be destroyed in a second - Ratner's is a case in point - so this session highlights the importance of a consistent approach regardless of business size, type or level. The afternoon will concentrate on how to get your brand values across by the way you dress and act, with tips for body shape, the use of colour psychology, grooming and etiquette.

This session will be highly interactive and will result in a value driven statement that provides the basis to build a successful personal brand in both actions and appearance.

A lack of a brand leads to a scattergun approach to gaining and retaining clients. The customer likes to know what he/she is buying and who they are buying from, whether it be service or physical goods. By having a brand in place, not only will it help attract the right clients but it will detract the 'wrong' ones. Understanding business values and how to align appearance with those values creates a 'walk the talk' approach that is highly compelling.
