Colour influences us everyday of our lives. The colours we use in our homes, schools, factories, shops, and in nature affect us both positively and negatively without us really being aware of subtle waves of energy surrounding us. We use colour continually to describe our physical health, attitude, emotions and even our spiritual or psychic experiences and most of the time we take it for granted even though it is part of our being. Kathy Horner who is a holistic therapist and healer will present this workshop. She started her career over 28 years ago as a relate counsellor and went on to study and teach empowerment and healing through understanding the human energy fields.

I limit the Masterclass to small numbers so you will get lots of personal advice and encouragement. Also, just in case you’re worried, the only things you’ll need to take off are your shoes!!
